Intermediate Modern Hebrew (Winter)
This class is for individuals who can read and write, but have little knowledge of Hebrew vocabulary and grammar. Learn to create simple sentences, verbally and in writing. A continuation of the Intermediate Hebrew from the fall, this class is open to new students provided they consult with the instructor before signing up.
Required text: Hebrew from Scratch, available at Afikomen Judaica.

Instructors
Rachel Valfer began learning Hebrew and Tanach at age 5. She lived in Israel for 6 years, where she studied Hebrew and Ladino literature at the graduate level at the Hebrew University. Rachel is a professional musician in classical and folk music of the Middle East.
