Stories of the Torah You Did Not Learn as a Child
Do not miss this opportunity to study Torah in the traditional hevruta style! We will spend the first hour in the beit midrash (hall of study) delving into some of the most “spicy” Biblical stories that are for adult eyes only. Participants will confront these texts together, actively engaging and challenging each other to comprehend and debate, guided by the insights of rabbinic and modern commentary as well as questions for thought. In the second hour we will join together to share our discoveries and interpretations in an active and vibrant discussion reminding us of the timeless value of the Torah and its lessons.
