Embracing Judaism: The Jewish Life Cycle
Birth, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, marriage, death – these experiences punctuate our lives and infuse our days with meaning and purpose. How do they work? Why do we place such emphasis on the Jewish practices that surround these events? Together we will learn how these rituals work and why they are important to us. We will explore the themes and messages that are embedded in these events and discover the wisdom that has been transmitted through them for hundreds of generations.
