Richard Freund

Richard Freund is director of the Maurice Greenberg Center for Judaic Studies at the University of Hartford. He has directed six archaeological projects in Israel, and three in Europe on behalf of the university. Freund has appeared in 15 television documentaries on Biblical archaeology, including for the History Channel and CNN. He has authored or co-authored eight books and over 100 scholarly articles.
