Lucy Milgram has lived in the Bay Area for over 30 years. She is a graduate of Baltimore Hebrew College with an MA in Jewish Education and spent 20 years as a Jewish educator and political observer of Israel in Washington, DC and the San Francisco area. Most of her family lives in Israel, including a son and his family of three children. Lucy travels to Israel once or twice a year. She lived in Israel in 1965/1966, and over the years, has observed many changes in the Israeli culture, political, and physical landscape.
